Shipping & Returns

We appreciated your business and patience as we continue to offer FREE shipping and the best customer experience.

Due to a higher volume of orders, we generally process orders within 2 to 3 business days. We ship all orders after they're processed which takes another 2 to 3 business days depending on the time and day of your order.

You may receive your package sooner, but expect to receive your products no later than 8 days after your order was placed unless there is a holiday or unexpected delay at USPS.

We apologize but at this time are only able to sell and ship our products in the US. We have been working on shipping internationally but have been made aware that our products are too strong for the EU market. We will keep you posted when we ship internationally.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your skincare products, please email us so we can figure out how to make you happy. 

Being the small independent brand that we are, we strive to offer you the best products at the best prices with the best customer service experience possible. However, we're not able to accept any returns after 15 days of purchase, and items must be shipped back to us at your expense in original packaging. Once items are received, a refund will be applied.

Returns Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to wrong address. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
